Dynamiks AI Corp engages the third parties below to help deliver the Dynamiks platform. This page is the notice mechanism described in Section 8.2 of our Terms of Service: we publish changes here at least thirty days before a new subprocessor begins processing Customer Data. We review this list quarterly and whenever we add or change a provider.
Subprocessors that may process Customer Data

Dynamiks Labs SAS is an affiliated company that develops the Service for Dynamiks AI Corp. Its personnel access Customer Data only for support and incident resolution, under the same restrictions that apply to our own staff.
Planned additions
The providers below do not process Customer Data today. They are listed in advance so that the thirty day notice period in Section 8.2 runs from publication of this page rather than from the day we begin using them.

Model providers
We do not permit model providers to train their models on Customer Data we send them. See Section 7.5 of our Terms of Service.
Each provider publishes its own data handling terms, including retention periods and training commitments, and those terms govern how it processes data we send. We review those terms as part of our quarterly review of this page and will notify customers under Section 8.2 if a change materially affects how Customer Data is handled.
Corporate processors
These providers process business contact information, website visitor data, and prospect data. They do not process Customer Data from the Service.

Not subprocessors
Salesforce and HubSpot. These are Connected Systems under Section 4 of our Terms of Service. Customer Data originates in them under your own agreement with those vendors. We read from and write to them on your instruction. They are the source of Customer Data, not a destination we send it to, so they are not subprocessors.
Self-hosted models. Where the Service runs a model on our own infrastructure, no third party is involved and no additional subprocessor applies.
