This policy explains how Dynamiks AI Corp collects and uses personal information through our website at dynamiks.ai and in our marketing.

This policy covers our website and marketing only. If your company uses the Dynamiks platform, the data we process on your behalf, including the records in your CRM, is governed by our Terms of Service and the data processing agreement we sign with you, not by this policy. The third parties involved in delivering the platform are listed on our Subprocessors page.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form, request a demo, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, company name, job title, and anything you write in a message field.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we collect pages viewed, time on page, referring source, browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, and the IP address itself.

Visitor identification. We use a third party service, Retention.com, that may identify visitors to our site by matching activity on the site to contact information held in that provider’s own database, including email addresses. Where a match is made, we may contact that person about Dynamiks. This is applied to visitors in the United States only.

If you would prefer not to be identified this way, you can opt out with the provider directly at https://app.retention.com/optout, or email us at privacy@dynamiks.ai and we will remove you from our records.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and demo requests

• To send marketing emails about Dynamiks, which you can unsubscribe from at any time

• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it

• To identify companies that may be a fit for our product and contact them

• To meet legal obligations

We do not use website visitor information to train machine learning models.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for site analytics, advertising measurement, and the visitor identification described above. The services involved are:

• Google Analytics, for traffic analysis

• LinkedIn, for advertising measurement and audience building

• Retention.com, for visitor identification

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect how parts of the site work.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contracts limiting them to that purpose:

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money.

How long we keep it

We keep marketing contact information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and for a reasonable period afterwards to honour that request. Website analytics data is retained on the schedule set in Google Analytics. Enquiry and demo request correspondence is kept for as long as we have an active relationship with you or your company, and then for a further two years.

Your choices

Whoever and wherever you are, you can:

• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message

• Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it

• Object to us using your information for marketing

• Opt out of visitor identification, as described above

Email privacy@dynamiks.ai and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these.

California residents. Depending on our size and activity in a given year, the California Consumer Privacy Act may not apply to us. We honour the requests above regardless of whether it does.

Visitors from the EU, the UK, and Switzerland

Dynamiks markets and sells to companies in the United States. We do not offer our products to individuals in the EU, the UK, or Switzerland, and we do not apply visitor identification to traffic from those regions.

If you are in one of those regions and believe we hold information about you, email privacy@dynamiks.ai. We will tell you what we hold, and delete it on request.

Our website and our systems are hosted in the United States. Information collected through the site is stored there.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and logging to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site and products are for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email privacy@dynamiks.ai and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. For significant changes affecting how we use information already collected, we will give notice on the site.
